I train with Tina twice a week for strength training and also attend her stretch and soma breath classes at her gym. She has an incredible depth of knowledge, and I really appreciate how she continuously provides valuable insights throughout our sessions. 

What stands out most is her focus on proper technique and the use of breath, which I find really empowering. She knows exactly how to push me – challenging me without pushing me too hard or leaving me in my comfort zone. The soma breath classes are particularly calming and provide a much-needed reset, exactly what we all need sometimes. I also love the community spirit she creates around these classes, bringing everyone together for a cacao drink and some chit-chat afterwards. I’ve been enjoying the process so much, and I’ve already set both short-term and long-term goals that I’m excited to work towards. Highly recommend!

Tina is a great personal trainer and is an inspiring person. Since I started attending her exercise sessions, I’ve not only seen significant improvement in my fitness but also undergone a major transformation in my diet and eating habits. She taught me the importance of getting carbohydrates from vegetables, a shift that has positively impacted not just me, but my entire family’s food choices. Now, I’m passing on these healthy eating habits to my children.
Before working with Tina, I had never stepped foot in a gym. She has taught me how to use the equipment safely and confidently. My friends and I look forward to each session, enjoying the workouts so much that we eagerly anticipate the next one. Tina is incredibly flexible and always accommodates our schedules.
I’ve also attended her Breath and Stretch class, which is wonderfully soothing and peaceful—an experience I highly recommend.

I’ve been training with Tina for almost a year now, and believe she is a very well informed & committed trainers . Went through a thorough physical assessment before I started , making sure I am medically fit to undergo training . I have enjoyed her personal one -on- one sessions as well group sessions . I really enjoy  the variety and challenge she puts into the sessions. Tina is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun ! My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. I love the fact that she ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries . I even coaxed my mum who is 75 to train with her!

I have also been to one of her Soma breath work sessions and loved it . I do hope  to attend more of these sessions . Tina is a warm and wonderful person and I believe that the best decision of 2024 was to start training with her!
